Gitunglo ni Jesus ang Kahoy nga Igos
(Mat. 21:18-19)
12 Pagkaugma, sa pagbiya nila sa Betania balik sa Jerusalem, gigutom si Jesus. 13 Sa unahan, aduna siyay nakita nga kahoy nga igos nga labong ug dahon. Busa giadtoan niya aron sa pagsusi kon may bunga kini, apan wala siyay nakita nga bunga kondili pulos lang dahon, kay dili pa kadto tingbunga sa igos. 14 Unya miingon si Jesus sa kahoy nga igos, “Gikan karon wala nay tawo nga makakaon sa imong bunga!” Nadungog sa iyang mga tinun-an ang iyang gisulti.

Jesus Curses a Fig Tree and Clears the Temple Courts(A)(B)(C)
12 The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13 Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs.(D) 14 Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard him say it.

12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:
13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
