Leviticus 4:8-10

⁸ And he shall take away all the fat of the bullock for the sin offering: to wit, the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is about the inwards.

⁹ He shall take away also the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and upon the flanks, and the caul upon the liver with the kidneys,

¹⁰ As it was taken away from the bullock of the peace offerings, and the Priest shall burn them upon the altar of burnt offering.
