Jeremiah 51:12
New English Translation
12 Give the signal to attack Babylon’s wall![a]
Bring more guards;[b]
post them all around the city.[c]
Put men in ambush,[d]
for the Lord will do what he has planned.
He will do what he said he would do to the people of Babylon.[e]

For the Lord has both devised and done
