36 2 The wives of Esau. 7 Jacob and Esau are rich. 9 The genealogy of Esau. 24 The finding of mules.
1 Now these are [a]the generations of Esau, which is Edom.
2 Esau took his wives of the [b]daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon an Hittite and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon an Hivite.
3 And took Basemath Ishmael’s daughter, sister of Nebajoth.
