⁷ Now, Moses was eighty years old, and Aaron eighty-three, when they spoke to Pharaoh.

⁸ And the LORD had spoken to Moses and Aaron, saying,

⁹ “If Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, ‘Show a miracle for yourselves’, then you shall say to Aaron, ‘Take your rod and cast it before Pharaoh.’ And it shall be turned into a serpent.”
