3 Dumnezeul lui Israel a vorbit. Stânca(A) lui Israel mi-a zis:
‘Cel ce împărăţeşte între oameni cu dreptate, cel ce împărăţeşte(B) în frică de Dumnezeu,
4 este(C) ca lumina dimineţii, când răsare soarele
în dimineaţa fără nori;
ca razele soarelui după ploaie, care fac să încolţească din pământ verdeaţa.’
5 Măcar că nu este aşa casa mea înaintea lui Dumnezeu,
totuşi El a(D) făcut cu mine un legământ veşnic,
bine întărit în toate privinţele şi tare.
Nu va face El oare să răsară din el tot ce este spre mântuirea şi bucuria mea?

3 The God of Israel spoke,
the Rock(A) of Israel said to me:
‘When one rules over people in righteousness,(B)
when he rules in the fear(C) of God,(D)
4 he is like the light(E) of morning(F) at sunrise(G)
on a cloudless morning,
like the brightness after rain(H)
that brings grass from the earth.’
5 “If my house were not right with God,
surely he would not have made with me an everlasting covenant,(I)
arranged and secured in every part;
surely he would not bring to fruition my salvation
and grant me my every desire.
