14 τον δε ασθενουντα τη πιστει προσλαμβανεσθε μη εις διακρισεις διαλογισμων
2 ος μεν πιστευει φαγειν παντα ο δε ασθενων λαχανα εσθιει
3 ο εσθιων τον μη εσθιοντα μη εξουθενειτω ο δε μη εσθιων τον εσθιοντα μη κρινετω ο θεος γαρ αυτον προσελαβετο
4 συ τις ει ο κρινων αλλοτριον οικετην τω ιδιω κυριω στηκει η πιπτει σταθησεται δε δυνατει γαρ ο κυριος στησαι αυτον
5 ος μεν [γαρ] κρινει ημεραν παρ ημεραν ος δε κρινει πασαν ημεραν εκαστος εν τω ιδιω νοι πληροφορεισθω
6 ο φρονων την ημεραν κυριω φρονει και ο εσθιων κυριω εσθιει ευχαριστει γαρ τω θεω και ο μη εσθιων κυριω ουκ εσθιει και ευχαριστει τω θεω
7 ουδεις γαρ ημων εαυτω ζη και ουδεις εαυτω αποθνησκει
8 εαν τε γαρ ζωμεν τω κυριω ζωμεν εαν τε αποθνησκωμεν τω κυριω αποθνησκομεν εαν τε ουν ζωμεν εαν τε αποθνησκωμεν του κυριου εσμεν
9 εις τουτο γαρ χριστος απεθανεν και εζησεν ινα και νεκρων και ζωντων κυριευση
10 συ δε τι κρινεις τον αδελφον σου η και συ τι εξουθενεις τον αδελφον σου παντες γαρ παραστησομεθα τω βηματι του θεου
11 γεγραπται γαρ ζω εγω λεγει κυριος οτι εμοι καμψει παν γονυ και πασα γλωσσα εξομολογησεται τω θεω
12 αρα [ουν] εκαστος ημων περι εαυτου λογον δωσει [τω θεω]
13 μηκετι ουν αλληλους κρινωμεν αλλα τουτο κρινατε μαλλον το μη τιθεναι προσκομμα τω αδελφω η σκανδαλον
14 οιδα και πεπεισμαι εν κυριω ιησου οτι ουδεν κοινον δι εαυτου ει μη τω λογιζομενω τι κοινον ειναι εκεινω κοινον
15 ει γαρ δια βρωμα ο αδελφος σου λυπειται ουκετι κατα αγαπην περιπατεις μη τω βρωματι σου εκεινον απολλυε υπερ ου χριστος απεθανεν
16 μη βλασφημεισθω ουν υμων το αγαθον
17 ου γαρ εστιν η βασιλεια του θεου βρωσις και ποσις αλλα δικαιοσυνη και ειρηνη και χαρα εν πνευματι αγιω
18 ο γαρ εν τουτω δουλευων τω χριστω ευαρεστος τω θεω και δοκιμος τοις ανθρωποις
19 αρα ουν τα της ειρηνης διωκωμεν και τα της οικοδομης της εις αλληλους
20 μη ενεκεν βρωματος καταλυε το εργον του θεου παντα μεν καθαρα αλλα κακον τω ανθρωπω τω δια προσκομματος εσθιοντι
21 καλον το μη φαγειν κρεα μηδε πιειν οινον μηδε εν ω ο αδελφος σου προσκοπτει
22 συ πιστιν ην εχεις κατα σεαυτον εχε ενωπιον του θεου μακαριος ο μη κρινων εαυτον εν ω δοκιμαζει
23 ο δε διακρινομενος εαν φαγη κατακεκριται οτι ουκ εκ πιστεως παν δε ο ουκ εκ πιστεως αμαρτια εστιν

Не судите
14 Человека, слабого в вере, принимайте, не споря о мнениях. 2 Вера одного позволяет ему есть всё, а слабый в вере ест только овощи. 3 Тот, кто ест всё, не должен смотреть свысока на того, кто этого не делает, и тот, кто чего-то не ест, не должен осуждать того, кто ест, потому что Всевышний принял его. 4 Кто ты такой, чтобы судить чужого слугу? Лишь его хозяин решает, справился слуга или нет. Но силою Повелителя слуга обязательно справится.
5 Кто-то различает дни как более и менее важные, а для другого все дни одинаковы. Пусть каждый и дальше поступает в соответствии со своими убеждениями. 6 Кто считает, что один день важнее другого, тот делает это для Повелителя. Кто ест что-либо – ест для Повелителя, потому что он при этом благодарит Всевышнего, и кто не ест этого – тоже для Повелителя не ест и благодарит Всевышнего. 7 Никто из нас не живёт для себя и не умирает для себя. 8 Если мы живём, то живём для Повелителя, и если умираем, то умираем тоже для Повелителя. Живём мы или умираем – мы принадлежим Ему.
9 Ведь для этого и Масих умер и ожил, чтобы Ему быть Повелителем живых и мёртвых. 10 Почему же ты судишь своего брата? Или ты, почему презираешь своего брата? Ведь все мы предстанем на Суд Всевышнего. 11 Написано:
«Верно, как и то, что Я живу, – говорит Вечный, –
каждое колено преклонится предо Мной,
и каждый язык исповедает, что Я Бог»[a].
12 Каждый из нас ответит перед Всевышним сам за себя.
Не давайте повода к претыканиям
13 Поэтому не будем больше судить друг друга. Лучше смотрите за собой, чтобы не делать ничего такого, из-за чего брат ваш может споткнуться и упасть. 14 Моё единение с Повелителем Исой даёт мне знание и твёрдую убеждённость, что нет никакой пищи, которая была бы сама по себе нечиста,[b] но если человек считает что-либо нечистым, то для него оно нечисто. 15 Если твой брат оскорбляется из-за пищи, которую ты ешь, то ты поступаешь не по любви. Не губи своей пищей брата, за которого умер Масих. 16 Не давайте людям повода ругать то, что вы считаете позволительным. 17 Царство Всевышнего заключается не в пище и питье, а в праведности, в мире и в радости, которую даёт Святой Дух. 18 Кто так служит Масиху, тот доставляет радость Всевышнему и заслуживает одобрения людей.

Вся пища чиста, но плохо поступает тот, кто через пищу приводит своего ближнего к падению. 21 Лучше не есть мяса, не пить вина и не делать ничего, от чего твой брат спотыкается. 22 Пусть твоё мнение на этот счёт будет твоим личным убеждением перед Всевышним, и счастлив тот, кто не осуждает себя за свой выбор. 23 Кто ест и в то же время сомневается в правильности своего решения, уже осуждён, потому что он не поступает в соответствии со своей верой, а всё, что не по вере, – грех.[c]

14 Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.
7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.
8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.
16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:
17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.
19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.
21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.
22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

14 Receive(A) one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. 2 For one believes he (B)may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. 3 Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and (C)let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. 4 (D)Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand.
5 (E)One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 He who (F)observes the day, observes it to the Lord; [a]and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for (G)he gives God thanks; and he who does not eat, to the Lord he does not eat, and gives God thanks. 7 For (H)none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. 8 For if we (I)live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. The Law of Love
14 I know and am convinced by the Lord Jesus (P)that there is nothing unclean of itself; but to him who considers anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean. 15 Yet if your brother is grieved because of your food, you are no longer walking in love. (Q)Do not destroy with your food the one for whom Christ died. 16 (R)Therefore do not let your good be spoken of as evil; 17 (S)for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and (T)peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 For he who serves Christ in [e]these things (U)is acceptable to God and approved by men.
19 (V)Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which (W)one may [f]edify another. 20 (X)Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. (Y)All things indeed are pure, (Z)but it is evil for the man who eats with [g]offense. 21 It is good neither to eat (AA)meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles [h]or is offended or is made weak. 22 [i]Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God.
