وَصَايَا أخِيرَة
4 فَيَا إخْوَتِي الَّذِينَ أُحِبُّهُمْ وَأشتَاقُ إلَيْهِمْ، أنْتُمْ سَعَادَتِي وَمَصدَرُ فَخرِي. اثبُتُوا فِي الرَّبِّ أيُّهَا الأحِبَّاءُ كَمَا تَفْعَلُونَ الآنَ بِالفِعْلِ.
2 أنَا أحُثُّ أفُودِيَّةَ وَسَنتِيخِي أنْ تَكُونَا عَلَى اتِّفَاقٍ كَأُختَيْنِ فِي الرَّبِّ. 3 كَمَا أطلُبُ مِنْكَ يَا شَرِيكِي الوَفِيَّ أنْ تُسَاعِدَ هَاتَيْنِ المَرأتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ جَاهَدَتَا مَعِي فِي نَشرِ البِشَارَةِ مَعَ أكلِيمَنْدُسَ وَبَاقِي شُرَكَائِي المَكْتُوبَةُ أسمَاؤُهُمْ فِي كِتَابِ الحَيَاةِ.
4 افْرَحُواَ فِي الرَّبِّ كُلَّ حِينٍ، وَأقُولُهُا ثَانِيَةً: افرَحُوا! 5 أُرِيدُ أنْ يَشْهَدَ كُلُّ النَّاسِ عَنْ لُطفِكُمْ. تَذَكَّرُوا أنَّ الرَّبَّ قَرِيبٌ. 6 فَلَا تَقْلَقُوا، بَلْ فِي كُلِّ ظَرفٍ، أعلِنُوا للهِ طِلبَاتِكُمْ، بِالصَّلَاةِ وَالتَّضَرُّعِ مَعَ الشُّكْرِ. 7 فَسَلَامُ اللهِ الَّذِي يَفُوقُ كُلَّ عَقلٍ، سَيَحْفَظُ قُلُوبَكُمْ وَعُقُولَكُمْ فِي يَسُوعَ المَسِيحِ.
8 وَفِي الخِتَامِ أيُّهَا الأحِبَّاءُ، املأُوا عُقُولَكُمْ بِكُلِّ مَا هُوَ حَقٌّ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ نَبِيلٌ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ قَوِيمٌ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ طَاهِرٌ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ جَمِيلٌ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ جَدِيرٌ بِالمَديحِ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ فَاضِلٌ، وَكُلِّ مَا هُوَ مَمدُوحٌ. 9 وَاعْمَلُوا دَائِمًا بِكُلِّ مَا تَعَلَّمتُمُوهُ، وَتَسَلَّمتُمُوهُ وَسَمِعتُمُوهُ وَرَأيْتُمُوهُ فِيَّ. وَاللهُ الَّذِي هُوَ مَصدَرُ السَّلَامِ يَكُونُ مَعَكُمْ.
بُولُسُ يَشْكُرُ مُؤمِنِي فِيلِبِّي
10 كَمْ سَعِدتُ فِي الرَّبِّ لِأنَّكُمْ أخِيرًا جَدَّدتُمُ اهتِمَامَكُمْ بِي، وَأنَا أعْرِفُ أنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ مُهتَمِّينَ بِي عَلَى الدَّوَامِ، لَكِنْ لَمْ تَسْنَحْ لَكُمْ فُرصَةٌ لإظهَارِ ذَلِكَ. 11 وَأنَا لَا أقُولُ هَذَا عَنْ حَاجَةٍ، فَقَدْ تَعَلَّمتُ أنْ أكُونَ مُكتَفِيًا بِمَا عِندِي. 12 فَأنَا أعْرِفُ كَيْفَ أعِيشُ وَقْتَ الحَاجَةِ، وَوَقْتَ الوَفرَةِ. فَفِي كُلِّ وَقْتٍ، وَفِي كُلِّ ظَرفٍ، تَدَرَّبتُ أنْ أرْضَى فِي الشَّبَعِ وَالجُوعِ. 13 أسْتَطِيعُ أنْ أُواجِهَ كُلَّ الظُّرُوفِ بِالمَسِيحِ الَّذِي يُقَوِّينِي. 14 غَيْرَ أنَّكُمْ أحسَنتُمْ صُنعًا حِينَ سَانَدتُمُونِي فِي وَقْتِ ضِيقِي. 15 وَأنْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَ أيُّهَا الفِلِبِّيُّونَ أنَّكُمُ الوَحِيدُونَ مِنْ بَيْنِ الكَنَائِسِ الَّذِينَ اشتَرَكتُمْ مَعِي فِي مَسألَةِ العَطَاءِ وَالأخذِ. وَقَدْ بَدَأ هَذَا مُنْذُ الأيَّامِ الأُولَى لإعلَانِ البِشَارَةِ عِنْدَمَا غَادَرتُ مَكدُونِيَّةَ. 16 فَحَتَّى عِنْدَمَا كُنْتُ فِي تَسَالُونِيكِي، أرسَلتُمْ إلَيَّ عِدَّةَ مَرَّاتٍ مَا يُعِينُنِي عَلَى سَدَادِ حَاجَتِي. 17 لَا أقُولُ هَذَا لِأنِّي أهتَمُّ بِالعَطَايَا، بَلْ بِالرِّبحِ المُضَافِ إلَى حِسَابِكُمْ نَتِيجَةَ عَطَائِكُمْ. 18 أمَّا الآنَ فَقَدْ سَدَدتُمُ احتِيَاجَاتِي كَامِلَةً وَأكثَرَ. إذْ لَدَيَّ أكْثَرُ مِمَّا أحتَاجُ، حَيْثُ إنِّي استَلَمتُ مِنْ أبَفرُودِتْسَ العَطَايَا الَّتِي أرسَلتُمُوهَا لِي. وَهِيَ قُربَانٌ، ذَبِيحَةٌ مَقبُولَةٌ، مَرضِيَّةٌ للهِ. 19 وَسَيَسُدُّ إلَهِي كُلَّ احتِيَاجَاتِكُمْ حَسَبَ غِنَاهُ المَجِيدِ فِي المَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ.
20 المَجْدُ لإلَهِنَا وَأبِينَا إلَى أبَدِ الآبِدِينَ. آمِين.
21 سَلِّمُوا عَلَى كُلِّ مُؤمِنٍ مُقَدَّسٍ فِي المَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ. يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيكُمُ الإخْوَةُ الَّذِينَ مَعِي. 22 وَكُلُّ المُؤمِنِينَ المُقَدَّسِينَ هُنَا يُسَلِّمُونَ عَلَيْكُمْ، خَاصَّةً الَّذِينَ مِنْ بَيْتِ القَيصَرِ.
23 لِتَكُنْ نِعْمَةُ رَبِّنَا يَسُوعَ المَسِيحِ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْكُمْ.

ד אחים יקרים, אני אוהב אתכם ומתגעגע אליכם מאוד, כי אתם מקור שמחה בשבילי וגמול על עבודתי. חברים אהובים, אנא, היו נאמנים לאדון.
2 יש לי בקשה אל שתי הנשים היקרות, אבהודיה וסונטיכי: אני מתחנן לפניכן, בשם אלוהים, הפסיקו לריב – התפייסו ושובו להיות חברות! 3 ואני מבקש מכם, שותפי לעבודה, עזרו לנשים האלה, כי הן עבדו איתי בהפצת הבשורה על ישוע המשיח. הן עבדו גם עם קלימיס ועם שאר חברי לעבודה, ושמם כתוב בספר החיים.
4 שמחו תמיד בישוע אדוננו; אני חוזר ואומר: שמחו! 5 הוכיחו לכולם שאינכם אנוכיים ושאתם מתחשבים תמיד באחרים. זכרו, אדוננו ישוע קרוב! 6 אל תדאגו לדבר, אלא התפללו ואמרו לאלוהים למה אתם זקוקים, ואל תשכחו להודות לו. 7 אם באמת תעשו כך, אלוהים ישכין בלבכם שלווה נפלאה שאינכם מסוגלים אפילו לתאר לעצמכם.
8 אחים יקרים, לסיום מכתבי ברצוני לומר לכם דבר נוסף: רכזו את תשומת לבכם בכל דבר טוב, אמיתי וישר. חישבו על דברים טהורים ונעימים; חישבו על כל דבר משמח, ועל כל מה שאתם יכולים להודות עליו לאלוהים. 9 המשיכו לקיים הלכה למעשה את כל אשר לימדתי אתכם, ואת כל אשר ראיתם אותי עושה, ואלוהי השלום יהיה אתכם.
10 אני אסיר תודה לכם ומודה לאלוהים על ששוב עזרתם לי. אני יודע שתמיד רציתם לשלוח לי מתנות כפי שמשיגה ידכם, אולם במשך זמן-מה לא הייתה לכם אפשרות לכך. 11 איני אומר זאת משום שאני זקוק לכסף, שכן למדתי להסתפק במה שיש לי, אם בהרבה ואם במעט. 12 אני יודע כיצד לחיות בעוני או בעושר. למדתי לשמוח ולהסתפק בחלקי בכל מצב – בשובע או ברעב, בשפע או במחסור. 13 כל זאת משום שאני מסוגל לעשות כל מה שאלוהים רוצה שאעשה, בעזרת המשיח שנותן לי כוח. 14 ובכל זאת, נהגתם יפה מאוד כשעזרתם לי במצוקתי הנוכחית.
15 כידוע לכם, כשעזבתי את מקדוניה ובאתי לספר לכם את הבשורה בפעם הראשונה, רק אתם, אנשי פיליפי, עזרתם לי מבחינה כלכלית. אף קהילה אחרת לא עזרה לי, 16 גם בהיותי בתסלוניקי שלחתם לי מתנות פעמיים. 17 אני מעריך מאוד את מתנותיכם, אבל מעל לכל אני שמח על הגמול שייתן לכם אלוהים בעד טוב-לבכם.
18 כרגע יש לי את כל מה שאני צריך, ואפילו יותר ממה שאני צריך! עדיין נשאר לי די והותר מהמתנות ששלחתם לי ביד אפפרודיטוס. אני יודע שמתנות אלה הן קורבן יקר מאוד, ואלוהים מעריך זאת. 19 אלוהים ייתן לכם כל מה שאתם צריכים, מתוך אוצרו בשמים, בזכות קורבנו של המשיח למעננו. 20 שבח ותהילת עולם לאבינו שבשמים. – אמן.
21 מסרו דרישת שלום חמה בשמי לכל המאמינים בפיליפי. גם האחים הנמצאים איתי כאן מוסרים דרישת שלום. 22 כל שאר המאמינים מוסרים דרישת שלום, במיוחד אלה שנמצאים בבית הקיסר. 23 חסד אדוננו ישוע המשיח עם רוחכם. – אמן.

افرحوا في الرب دائماً
4 إِذَنْ، يَا إِخْوَتِي الأَحِبَّاءَ وَالْمُشْتَاقَ إِلَيْهِمْ، يَا فَرَحِي وَإِكْلِيلِي، هكَذَا اثْبُتُوا فِي الرَّبِّ أَيُّهَا الأَحِبَّاءُ.
2 أَحُثُّ أَفُودِيَةَ، كَمَا أَحُثُّ سِنْتِيخِي، أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمَا، فِي الرَّبِّ، فِكْرٌ وَاحِدٌ، نصيحة وحث 3 أَجَلْ، أَطْلُبُ إِلَيْكَ أَنْتَ أَيْضاً، أَيُّهَا الزَّمِيلُ الْمُخْلِصُ، أَنْ تُسَاعِدَهُمَا، لأَنَّهُمَا جَاهَدَتَا مَعِي فِي خِدْمَةِ الإِنْجِيلِ، هُمَا وَأَكْلِيمَنْدُسُ وَمُعَاوِنِيَّ الآخَرُونَ، الْمَكْتُوبَةُ أَسْمَاؤُهُمْ فِي سِجِلِّ الْحَيَاةِ.

4 افْرَحُوا فِي الرَّبِّ دَائِماً، وَأَقُولُ أَيْضاً: افْرَحُوا. 5 لِيَكُنْ طُولُ بَالِكُمْ مَعْرُوفاً لَدَى النَّاسِ جَمِيعاً. إِنَّ الرَّبَّ قَرِيبٌ. 6 لَا تَقْلَقُوا مِنْ جِهَةِ أَيِّ شَيْءٍ، بَلْ فِي كُلِّ أَمْرٍ لِتَكُنْ طِلْبَاتُكُمْ مَعْرُوفَةً لَدَى اللهِ، بِالصَّلاةِ وَالدُّعَاءِ، مَعَ الشُّكْرِ. 7 وَسَلامُ اللهِ، الَّذِي تَعْجَزُ الْعُقُولُ عَنْ إِدْرَاكِهِ، يَحْرُسُ قُلُوبَكُمْ وَأَفْكَارَكُمْ فِي الْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ.
8 وَخِتَاماً، أَيُّهَا الإِخْوَةُ: كُلُّ مَا كَانَ حَقّاً، وَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ شَرِيفاً، وَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ عَادِلاً، وَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ طَاهِراً وَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ مُسْتَحَبّاً، وَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ حَسَنَ السُّمْعَةِ، وَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ فِيهِ فَضِيلَةٌ وَخَصْلَةٌ حَمِيدَةٌ، فَاشْغِلُوا أَفْكَارَكُمْ بِهِ. 9 وَاعْمَلُوا بِها مَا تَعَلَّمْتُمْ وَتَلَقَّيْتُمْ وَسَمِعْتُمْ مِنِّي وَمَا رَأَيْتُمْ فِيَّ. وَإِلَهُ السَّلامِ يَكُونُ مَعَكُمْ.
الشكر لأجل العطايا
10 ثُمَّ إِنِّي فَرِحْتُ فِي الرَّبِّ فَرَحاً عَظِيماً إِذْ إِنَّكُمُ الآنَ قَدْ جَدَّدْتُمْ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى اهْتِمَامَكُمْ بِي. فَمَعَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَكُمْ مِثْلُ هَذَا الاهْتِمَامِ، فَإِنَّ الْفُرْصَةَ لَمْ تَتَيَسَّرْ لَكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلُ. 11 لَسْتُ أَعْنِي أَنِّي كُنْتُ فِي حَاجَةٍ، فَأَنَا قَدْ تَعَلَّمْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ قَنُوعاً فِي كُلِّ حَالٍ. 12 وَأَعْرِفُ كَيْفَ أَعِيشُ فِي الْعَوَزِ، وَكَيْفَ أَعِيشُ فِي الْوَفْرَةِ. فَإِنِّي، فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَفِي جَمِيعِ الأَحْوَالِ، مُتَدَرِّبٌ عَلَى الشَّبَعِ وَعَلَى الْجُوعِ، وَعَلَى الْعَيْشِ فِي الْوَفْرَةِ أَوْ فِي الْعَوَزِ. 13 إِنِّي أَسْتَطِيعُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ، فِي الْمَسِيحِ الَّذِي يُقَوِّينِي. 14 إِلّا أَنَّكُمْ حَسَناً فَعَلْتُمْ إِذْ سَاهَمْتُمْ فِي تَبْدِيدِ ضِيقَتِي.
15 وَتَعْرِفُونَ أَيْضاً، يَا مُؤْمِنِي فِيلِبِّي، أَنَّهُ عِنْدَ ابْتِدَاءِ خِدْمَتِي لِلإِنْجِيلِ، إِذِ انْطَلَقْتُ مِنْ مُقَاطَعَةِ مَقِدُونِيَّةَ، مَا مِنْ كَنِيسَةٍ سَاهَمَتْ مَعِي فِي حِسَابِ الْعَطَاءِ وَالأَخْذِ إِلّا أَنْتُمْ وَحْدَكُمْ. 16 حَتَّى وَأَنَا فِي مَدِينَةِ تَسَالُونِيكِي، بَعَثْتُمْ إِلَيَّ بِمَا أَحْتَاجُ إِلَيْهِ، لَا مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً بَلْ أَكْثَرَ. 17 وَالْوَاقِعُ أَنِّي لَا أَسْعَى إِلَى الْعَطَايَا، بَلْ أَسْعَى إِلَى الْفَائِدَةِ الْمُتَكَاثِرَةِ لِحِسَابِكُمْ.
18 فَالآنَ عِنْدِي كُلُّ مَا يَسُدُّ حَاجَتِي وَيَزِيدُ عَنْهَا. أَنَا فِي بُحْبُوحَةٍ إِذْ تَسَلَّمْتُ مِنْ أَبَفْرُودِيتُسَ مَا بَعَثْتُمْ بِهِ إِلَيَّ، عِطْراً طَيِّبَ الرَّائِحَةِ، ذَبِيحَةً يَقْبَلُهَا اللهُ وَيُسَرُّ بِها. 19 وَإِنَّ إِلَهِي سَيَسُدُّ حَاجَاتِكُمْ كُلَّهَا إِلَى التَّمَامِ، وَفْقاً لِغِنَاهُ فِي الْمَجْدِ، فِي الْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ. 20 فَلإِلَهِنَا وَأَبِينَا، الْمَجْدُ إِلَى دَهْرِ الدُّهُورِ. آمِين!

4 Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
2 I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
4 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
14 Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
21 Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.
22 All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.
23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Closing Appeal for Steadfastness and Unity
4 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for,(A) my joy and crown, stand firm(B) in the Lord in this way, dear friends!
2 I plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind(C) in the Lord. 3 Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers,(D) whose names are in the book of life.(E)
Final Exhortations
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!(F) 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.(G) 6 Do not be anxious about anything,(H) but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.(I) 7 And the peace of God,(J) which transcends all understanding,(K) will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.(L) And the God of peace(M) will be with you.
Thanks for Their Gifts
10 I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me.(N) Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. 11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content(O) whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry,(P) whether living in plenty or in want.(Q) 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.(R)
14 Yet it was good of you to share(S) in my troubles. 15 Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days(T) of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia,(U) not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only;(V) 16 for even when I was in Thessalonica,(W) you sent me aid more than once when I was in need.(X) 17 Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account.(Y) 18 I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus(Z) the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant(AA) offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs(AB) according to the riches of his glory(AC) in Christ Jesus.
20 To our God and Father(AD) be glory for ever and ever. Amen.(AE)
Final Greetings
21 Greet all God’s people in Christ Jesus. The brothers and sisters who are with me(AF) send greetings. 22 All God’s people(AG) here send you greetings, especially those who belong to Caesar’s household.
23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ(AH) be with your spirit.(AI) Amen.[a]
