8 众百姓啊，
要时刻信靠上帝，
向祂倾心吐意，
因为祂是我们的避难所。（细拉）

9 卑贱人不过是一丝气息，
尊贵人不过是一场幻影，
把他们放在天平上一秤，
比空气还轻，毫无分量。
10 不要敲诈勒索，
不要妄想靠偷盗发财，
即使财富增多，也不要倚靠它。
