Genesis 49:27-31

²⁸ All these are the twelve tribes of Israel,^(E) and this is what their father said to them when he blessed them, giving each the blessing^(F) appropriate to him.

The Death of Jacob

²⁹ Then he gave them these instructions:^(G) “I am about to be gathered to my people.^(H) Bury me with my fathers^(I) in the cave in the field of Ephron the Hittite,^{(J) 30} the cave in the field of Machpelah,^(K) near Mamre^(L) in Canaan, which Abraham bought along with the field^(M) as a burial place^(N) from Ephron the Hittite. ³¹ There Abraham^(O) and his wife Sarah^(P) were buried, there Isaac and his wife Rebekah^(Q) were buried, and there I buried Leah.^(R)
