Yeshayah 33:21-23

21 But there Adir Hashem will be unto us a makom (place) of broad rivers and streams; wherein shall go no galley with oars, neither shall a mighty ship pass thereby.

22 For Hashem is our Shofet, Hashem is Mechokkeinu (our Lawgiver), Hashem is Malkeinu; Hu yoshieinu (He will save us).

23 Thy riggings are loosed; they could not well strengthen their mast, they could not spread the nes (sail); then is the shalal (spoil, plunder) of a great plunder divided; the pisechim (lame ones) take the plunder.

New International Version

21 There the Lord will be our Mighty(A) One.
    It will be like a place of broad rivers and streams.(B)
No galley with oars will ride them,
    no mighty ship(C) will sail them.
22 For the Lord is our judge,(D)
    the Lord is our lawgiver,(E)
the Lord is our king;(F)
    it is he who will save(G) us.

23 Your rigging hangs loose:
    The mast is not held secure,
    the sail is not spread.
Then an abundance of spoils will be divided
    and even the lame(H) will carry off plunder.(I)
