26 For this reason, God gave them up to vile affections. For even their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature.

27 And likewise the men left the natural use of the woman and burned in their lust one toward another. And man committed indecency with man and received in themselves such recompense as was proper for their error.

28 For as they decided not to acknowledge God, so God delivered them up to a reprobate mind—to do those things which are not proper—

26 Because of this, God gave them over(A) to shameful lusts.(B) Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.(C) 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.(D)

28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over(E) to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.
