Psalm 34:18-21

¹⁸The Lord ^(A)is near to the ^(B)brokenhearted
And saves those who are ^[a]^(C)crushed in spirit.

¹⁹^(D)The ^(E)afflictions of the righteous are many,
But the Lord ^(F)rescues him from them all.
²⁰He protects all his bones,
^(G)Not one of them is broken.
²¹^(H)Evil will bring death to the wicked,
And those who hate the righteous will suffer for their guilt.
