⁶ Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,^(A)
    for they are from of old.

⁸ Good and upright^(F) is the Lord;
    therefore he instructs^(G) sinners in his ways.
⁹ He guides^(H) the humble in what is right
    and teaches them^(I) his way.
