¹⁷ The Lord is righteous^(A) in all his ways
    and faithful in all he does.^(B)
18 The Lord is near^(C) to all who call on him,^(D)
    to all who call on him in truth.
¹⁹ He fulfills the desires^(E) of those who fear him;^(F)
    he hears their cry^(G) and saves them.^(H)
20 The Lord watches over^(I) all who love him,^(J)
    but all the wicked he will destroy.^(K)

²¹ My mouth will speak^(L) in praise of the Lord.
    Let every creature^(M) praise his holy name^(N)
    for ever and ever.
