Proverbs 15:8-10

English Standard Version

⁸^(A)The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord,
    but ^(B)the prayer of the upright is acceptable to him.
⁹The way of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord,
    but he loves him ^(C)who pursues righteousness.
¹⁰There is ^(D)severe discipline for him who forsakes the way;
    ^(E)whoever hates reproof will die.
