10 He (H)who winks the eye causes trouble,

11 The (J)mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life,
But (K)the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.
12 Hatred stirs up strife,
But (L)love covers all offenses.
13 On (M)the lips of the discerning, wisdom is found,
But (N)a rod is for the back of him who has no [c]sense.
14 Wise people (O)store up knowledge,
But with (P)the mouth of the foolish, ruin is at hand.
15 The (Q)rich person’s wealth is his [d]fortress,
The (R)ruin of the poor is their poverty.

The income of the wicked, punishment.
