¹⁶ the oracle of him who hears the words of God,
    and knows the knowledge of ^(A)the Most High,
who sees the vision of the Almighty,
    ^(B)falling down with his eyes uncovered:

⁸ When the Most High ^(A)gave to the nations their inheritance,
    when he ^(B)divided mankind,
he fixed the borders^[a] of the peoples
    according to the number of the sons of God.^[b]
