^9 (A)Is it too small an honor for you that the God of Israel has singled you out from the congregation of Israel, ^(B)to bring you near to Himself, to perform the service of the tabernacle of the Lord, and to stand before the congregation to minister to them;

¹³ Is it ^[a]not enough that you have brought us up out of a ^(A)land flowing with milk and honey ^(B)to have us die in the wilderness, but you would also appoint yourself as master over us?

¹⁹ And yet this was insignificant in Your eyes, Lord God, ^(A)for You have spoken also of the house of Your servant regarding the distant future. And ^(B)this is the ^[a]custom of mankind, Lord God.

¹³ Then he said, “Listen now, ^(A)house of David! Is it too trivial a thing for you to ^[a]try the patience of men, that you will ^[b](B)try the patience of ^(C)my God as well?
