⁶ While Jesus was in Bethany^(C) in the home of Simon the Leper,

Jesus Comes to Jerusalem as King^(A)(B)

11 As they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage and Bethany^(C) at the Mount of Olives,^(D) Jesus sent two of his disciples,

¹¹ Jesus entered Jerusalem and went into the temple courts. He looked around at everything, but since it was already late, he went out to Bethany with the Twelve.^(A)

¹² The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry.

³ While he was in Bethany,^(A) reclining at the table in the home of Simon the Leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head.^(B)

²⁹ As he approached Bethphage and Bethany^(A) at the hill called the Mount of Olives,^(B) he sent two of his disciples, saying to them,
