20 The[a] one who had received the five talents came and brought five more, saying, ‘Sir,[b] you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.’ 21 His master answered,[c] ‘Well done, good and faithful slave! You have been faithful in a few things. I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 22 The[d] one with the two talents also came and said, ‘Sir, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have gained two more.’

21 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things.(A) Come and share your master’s happiness!’
22 “The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’
