6 “Be Elohim’s holy men, and don’t dishonor the name of your Elohim. Be holy because you bring sacrifices by fire to Yahweh. It is the food of your Elohim. 7 You should never marry prostitutes, those who have lost their virginity, or divorced women because a priest is Elohim’s holy man. 8 Be holy because you offer the food of your Elohim. Be holy because I, Yahweh, am holy. I set you apart as holy.

6 They must be holy to their God(A) and must not profane the name of their God.(B) Because they present the food offerings to the Lord,(C) the food of their God,(D) they are to be holy.(E)
7 “‘They must not marry women defiled by prostitution or divorced from their husbands,(F) because priests are holy to their God.(G) 8 Regard them as holy,(H) because they offer up the food of your God.(I) Consider them holy, because I the Lord am holy—I who make you holy.(J)
