Dispute Over Who Jesus Is

²¹ Once more Jesus said to them, “I am going away, and you will look for me, and you will die^(A) in your sin. Where I go, you cannot come.”^(B)

² My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there^(A) to prepare a place for you?

¹² Very truly I tell you, whoever believes^(A) in me will do the works I have been doing,^(B) and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

¹⁰ about righteousness,^(A) because I am going to the Father,^(B) where you can see me no longer;

¹⁷ At this, some of his disciples said to one another, “What does he mean by saying, ‘In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me,’^(A) and ‘Because I am going to the Father’?”^(B)
