²⁸ Then they will ^(A)call on me, but I will not answer;
They will ^(B)seek me diligently but will not find me,

⁹ One who turns his ear away from listening to the Law,
Even his ^(A)prayer is an abomination.

¹⁵ So when you ^(A)spread out your hands in prayer,
^(B)I will hide My eyes from you;
Yes, even though you ^(C)offer many prayers,
I will not be listening.
^(D)Your hands are ^[a]covered with blood.
