2 “Declare among the nations,
Proclaim, and [a]set up a standard;
Proclaim—do not conceal it—
Say, ‘Babylon is (A)taken, (B)Bel is shamed.
[b]Merodach is broken in pieces;
(C)Her idols are humiliated,
