12 You people are stubborn
and far from being safe,
    so listen to me.
13 I will soon come to save you.
I am not far away
    and will waste no time;
I take pride in Israel
    and will save Jerusalem.

12 Listen(A) to me, you stubborn-hearted,(B)
    you who are now far from my righteousness.(C)
13 I am bringing my righteousness(D) near,
    it is not far away;
    and my salvation(E) will not be delayed.
I will grant salvation to Zion,(F)
    my splendor(G) to Israel.
