the counselor, skilled craftsman^(C) and clever enchanter.^(D)

¹⁵The head is ^(A)the elder and esteemed man,
And the prophet who teaches ^(B)falsehood is the tail.

¹⁵the elders^(A) and dignitaries^(B) are the head,
