Hosea 2:12-15

New International Version

¹² I will ruin her vines^(A) and her fig trees,^(B)
    which she said were her pay from her lovers;^(C)
I will make them a thicket,^(D)
    and wild animals will devour them.^(E)
13 I will punish her for the days
    she burned incense^(F) to the Baals;^(G)
she decked herself with rings and jewelry,^(H)
    and went after her lovers,^(I)
    but me she forgot,^(J)”
declares the Lord.^(K)

¹⁴ “Therefore I am now going to allure her;
    I will lead her into the wilderness^(L)
    and speak tenderly to her.
¹⁵ There I will give her back her vineyards,
    and will make the Valley of Achor^[a](M) a door of hope.
There she will respond^[b](N) as in the days of her youth,^(O)
    as in the day she came up out of Egypt.^(P)
