Hosea 11:9-11

New International Version

⁹ I will not carry out my fierce anger,^(A)
    nor will I devastate^(B) Ephraim again.
For I am God, and not a man^(C)—
    the Holy One^(D) among you.
    I will not come against their cities.
¹⁰ They will follow the Lord;
    he will roar^(E) like a lion.^(F)
When he roars,
    his children will come trembling^(G) from the west.^(H)
11 They will come from Egypt,
    trembling like sparrows,
    from Assyria,^(I) fluttering like doves.^(J)
I will settle them in their homes,”^(K)
    declares the Lord.
