Hebrews 10:11-18

New American Standard Bible

¹¹Every priest stands daily ministering and ^(A)offering time after time the same sacrifices, which ^(B)can never take away sins; ¹²but He, having offered one sacrifice ^(C)for ^[a]sins ^(D)for all time, ^(E)sat down at the right hand of God, ¹³waiting from that time onward ^(F)until His enemies are made a footstool for His feet. ¹⁴For by one offering He has ^(G)perfected ^(H)for all time those who are ^[b]sanctified. ¹⁵And ^(I)the Holy Spirit also testifies to us; for after saying,

¹⁶“^(J)This is the covenant which I will make with them
After those days, declares the Lord:
I will put My laws upon their hearts,
And write them on their mind,”

He then says,

¹⁷“^(K)And their sins and their lawless deeds
I will no longer remember.”

¹⁸Now where there is forgiveness of these things, an offering for sin is no longer required.

¹¹Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices,^(A) which can never take away sins.^(B) ¹²But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins,^(C) he sat down at the right hand of God,^(D) ¹³and since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool.^(E) ¹⁴For by one sacrifice he has made perfect^(F) forever those who are being made holy.^(G)

¹⁵The Holy Spirit also testifies^(H) to us about this. First he says:

¹⁶“This is the covenant I will make with them
after that time, says the Lord.
I will put my laws in their hearts,
and I will write them on their minds.”^[a]^(I)

¹⁷Then he adds:

“Their sins and lawless acts
I will remember no more.”^[b]^(J)

¹⁸And where these have been forgiven, sacrifice for sin is no longer necessary.
