⁷ I will establish my covenant^(A) as an everlasting covenant^(B) between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God^(C) and the God of your descendants after you.^(D)

⁹ Then God said to Abraham, “As for you, you must keep my covenant,^(A) you and your descendants after you for the generations to come.^(B)

⁹ So those who rely on faith^(A) are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.^(B)

¹⁴ He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus,^(A) so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.^(B)

¹¹ In him you were also circumcised^(A) with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh^[a](B) was put off when you were circumcised by^[b] Christ, ¹² having been buried with him in baptism,^(C) in which you were also raised with him^(D) through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.^(E)
