¹⁵ Behold, ^(A)I am with you and ^(B)will keep you wherever you go, and ^(C)will bring you back to this land; for ^(D)I will not leave you until I have done what I have ^[a]promised you.”

^2 (A)The Lord was with Joseph, so he became a ^[a]successful man. And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian. ³ Now his master ^(B)saw that the Lord was with him and how the Lord ^(C)caused all that he did to prosper in his hand.

²¹ But ^(A)the Lord was with Joseph and extended kindness to him, and ^(B)gave him favor in the sight of the chief jailer.
