Genesis 6:2-4
English Standard Version
2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. 3 Then the Lord said, (A)“My Spirit shall not abide in[a] man forever, (B)for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” 4 The Nephilim[b] were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown.

New International Version
2 the sons of God(A) saw that the daughters(B) of humans were beautiful,(C) and they married(D) any of them they chose. 3 Then the Lord said, “My Spirit(E) will not contend with[a] humans forever,(F) for they are mortal[b];(G) their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”
4 The Nephilim(H) were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans(I) and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.(J)
