14 (A)Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they (B)quickly brought him (C)out of the pit. And when he had shaved himself and changed his clothes, he came in before Pharaoh.

14 So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, and he was quickly brought from the dungeon.(A) When he had shaved(B) and changed his clothes,(C) he came before Pharaoh.

41 And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, (A)I have set you over all the land of Egypt.” 42 Then Pharaoh (B)took his signet ring from his hand and put it on Joseph's hand, and (C)clothed him in garments of fine linen (D)and put a gold chain about his neck. 43 And he made him ride in his second chariot. (E)And they called out before him, “Bow the knee!”[a] Thus he set him (F)over all the land of Egypt.

Joseph in Charge of Egypt
41 So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt.”(A) 42 Then Pharaoh took his signet ring(B) from his finger and put it on Joseph’s finger. He dressed him in robes(C) of fine linen(D) and put a gold chain around his neck.(E) 43 He had him ride in a chariot(F) as his second-in-command,[a](G) and people shouted before him, “Make way[b]!”(H) Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt.(I)
