²For Sarah ^(A)conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, ^(B)at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

²Sarah became pregnant and bore a son^(A) to Abraham in his old age,^(B) at the very time God had promised him.^(C)

³And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him—whom Sarah bore to him—^(A)Isaac.^[a]

³Abraham gave the name Isaac^[a]^(A) to the son Sarah bore him.
