10 Now it came about after (A)the seven days, that the waters of the flood [a]came upon the earth. 11 In the (B)six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all (C)the fountains of the great deep burst open, and the [b]floodgates of the sky were opened. 12 (D)The rain [c]fell upon the earth for forty days and forty nights.

13 On this very same day (E)Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife and the three wives of his sons with them, entered the ark, 14 they and every animal according to its kind, and all the livestock according to [d]their kind, and every crawling thing that crawls on the earth according to its kind, and every bird according to its kind, [e]all sorts of birds. 15 So they went into the ark to Noah, (F)by twos of all flesh in which there was the breath of life. 16 Those that entered, male and female of all flesh, entered as God had commanded him; and the Lord closed the door behind him.

13 On that very day Noah and his sons,(G) Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.(H) 14 They had with them every wild animal according to its kind, all livestock according to their kinds, every creature that moves along the ground according to its kind and every bird according to its kind,(I) everything with wings. 15 Pairs of all creatures that have the breath of life in them came to Noah and entered the ark.(J) 16 The animals going in were male and female of every living thing, as God had commanded Noah.(K) Then the Lord shut him in.

12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;

14 They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort.

15 And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life.

16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the Lord shut him in.
