Galatians 4:23-25
International Standard Version
23 Now the slave woman’s son was conceived through human means, while the free woman’s son was conceived through divine[a] promise. 24 This is being said as an allegory, for these women represent two covenants. The one woman, Hagar, is from Mount Sinai, and her children are born into slavery. 25 Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to present-day Jerusalem, because she is in slavery along with her children.

Galatians 4:23-25
New International Version
23 His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh,(A) but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise.(B)
24 These things are being taken figuratively: The women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves: This is Hagar. 25 Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children.
