Exodus 21:21-23

21 But if the slave survives a day or two, he is not to be punished; for the slave is his money.
22 “When men strive together, and hurt a woman with child, so that there is a miscarriage, and yet no harm follows, the one who hurt her shall[a] be fined, according as the woman’s husband shall lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. 23 If any harm follows, then you shall give life for life,

Exodus 21:21-23
New International Version
21 but they are not to be punished if the slave recovers after a day or two, since the slave is their property.(A)
22 “If people are fighting and hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely[a] but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman’s husband demands(B) and the court allows. 23 But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life,(C)
