Exodus 12:48-49
New American Standard Bible
48 But (A)if a stranger resides with you and [a]celebrates the Passover to the Lord, all of his males are to be circumcised, and then he shall come near to [b]celebrate it; and he shall be like a native of the land. But no uncircumcised male may eat it. 49 [c](B)The same law shall [d]apply to the native as to the stranger who resides among you.”

48 “A foreigner residing among you who wants to celebrate the Lord’s Passover must have all the males in his household circumcised; then he may take part like one born in the land.(A) No uncircumcised(B) male may eat it. 49 The same law applies both to the native-born and to the foreigner(C) residing among you.”

48 And when a stranger shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.
49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.
