⁴² They were ^(A)continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to ^(B)the breaking of bread and ^(C)to ^[a]prayer.

^43 [b]Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many ^(D)wonders and ^[c]signs were taking place through the apostles. ⁴⁴ And all the believers ^[d]were together and ^(E)had all things in common; ⁴⁵ and they ^(F)would sell their property and possessions and share them with all, to the extent that anyone had need. ^46 (G)Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and ^(H)breaking bread ^[e]from house to house, they were taking their ^[f]meals together with gladness and ^[g]sincerity of heart, ⁴⁷ praising God and ^(I)having favor with all the people. And the Lord ^(J)was adding to ^[h]their number day by day ^(K)those who were being saved.

³ For through ^(A)the grace given to me I say to everyone among you ^(B)not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to ^(C)each a measure of faith. ⁴ For ^(D)just as we have many parts in one body and all ^[a]the body’s parts do not have the same function, ⁵ so we, ^(E)who are many, are ^(F)one body in Christ, and individually parts of one another. ⁶ However, since we have gifts that ^(G)differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to use them properly: if ^(H)prophecy, ^[b]in proportion to one’s faith; ⁷ if ^[c](I)service, in the act of serving; or the one who ^(J)teaches, in the act of teaching; ⁸ or the one who ^[d](K)exhorts, in the work of ^[e]exhortation; the one who gives, with ^[f](L)generosity; ^(M)the one who ^[g]is in leadership, with diligence; the one who shows mercy, with ^(N)cheerfulness.

^9 [h](O)Love must be free of hypocrisy. ^(P)Detest what is evil; cling to what is good. ¹⁰ Be ^(Q)devoted to one another in brotherly love; ^[i]give preference to one another ^(R)in honor, ¹¹ not lagging behind in diligence, ^(S)fervent in spirit, ^(T)serving the Lord; ^12 (U)rejoicing in hope, ^(V)persevering in tribulation, ^(W)devoted to prayer, ^13 (X)contributing to the needs of the ^[j]saints, ^[k](Y)practicing hospitality.
