¹³ They produced false witnesses,^(A) who testified, “This fellow never stops speaking against this holy place^(B) and against the law.

⁹ You must certainly put them to death.^(A) Your hand^(B) must be the first in putting them to death, and then the hands of all the people. ¹⁰ Stone them to death, because they tried to turn you away^(C) from the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

⁷ The hands of the witnesses must be the first in putting that person to death,^(A) and then the hands of all the people.^(B) You must purge the evil^(C) from among you.
