³He did what was right^(A) in the eyes of the Lord, just as his father Amaziah had done.

³And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father Amaziah had done;

⁶So Jotham became mighty, because he ordered his ways before the Lord his God.

⁶Jotham grew powerful^(A) because he walked steadfastly before the Lord his God.
