2 Corinthians 2:14-16

New International Version

¹⁴But thanks be to God,^(A) who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma^(B) of the knowledge^(C) of him everywhere. ¹⁵For we are to God the pleasing aroma^(D) of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.^(E) ¹⁶To the one we are an aroma that brings death;^(F) to the other, an aroma that brings life. And who is equal to such a task?^(G)

¹⁴Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

¹⁵For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

¹⁶To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
