17 Now then, be aware and [a]consider what you should do, because harm is plotted against our master and against all his household; and he is such a [b]worthless man that no one can speak to him.”
Abigail Intercedes
18 Then Abigail hurried and (A)took two hundred loaves of bread and two jugs of wine, and five sheep already prepared and five measures of roasted grain, and a hundred cakes of raisins and two hundred cakes of figs, and she loaded them on donkeys. 19 Then she said to her young men, “(B)Go on ahead of me; behold, I am coming after you.” But she did not tell her husband Nabal.

18 Abigail acted quickly. She took two hundred loaves of bread, two skins of wine, five dressed sheep, five seahs[a] of roasted grain,(B) a hundred cakes of raisins(C) and two hundred cakes of pressed figs, and loaded them on donkeys.(D) 19 Then she told her servants, “Go on ahead;(E) I’ll follow you.” But she did not tell(F) her husband Nabal.
