⁴³ And ^(A)he walked in all the ways of his father Asa. He did not turn aside from them, doing what was right in the eyes of the Lord. Nevertheless ^(B)the high places were not taken away, for the people offered sacrifices and burned incense on the high places.

¹⁷ But ^(A)the ^[a]high places were not removed from Israel. Nevertheless the heart of Asa was loyal all his days.

³ Nevertheless ^(A)good things are found in you, in that you have removed the ^[a]wooden images from the land, and have ^(B)prepared your heart to seek God.”
