⁴ for ^(A)when Jezebel ^[a]destroyed the prophets of the Lord, Obadiah took a hundred prophets and hid them by fifties in a cave, and ^(B)provided them with bread and water.)

^13 (A)Has it not been told to my master what I did when Jezebel killed the prophets of the Lord, that I hid ^[a]a hundred prophets of the Lord by fifties in a cave, and provided them with bread and water? ¹⁴ And now you are saying, ‘Go, say to your master, “Behold, Elijah is here”’; he will then kill me.”

¹⁰ and seat two ^(A)worthless men before him, and let them testify against him, saying, ‘^(B)You cursed God and the king.’ Then take him out and ^(C)stone him ^[a]to death.”

¹³ Then the two worthless men came in and sat before him; and the worthless men testified against him, even against Naboth, before the people, saying, “Naboth cursed God and the king.” ^(A)So they took him outside the city and stoned him ^[a]to death with stones.
