4 (A)In the name of our Lord Jesus, when you are assembled, and [a]I with you in spirit, (B)with the power of our Lord Jesus, 5 I have decided [b]to (C)turn such a person over to (D)Satan for the destruction of his [c]body, so that his spirit may be saved on (E)the day of the [d]Lord.
6 (F)Your boasting is not good. (G)Do you not know that (H)a little [e]leaven leavens the whole lump of dough? 7 Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ our (I)Passover also has been sacrificed.

6 Your boasting is not good.(D) Don’t you know that a little yeast(E) leavens the whole batch of dough?(F) 7 Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.(G)
