⁴So when you are assembled and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present,

⁴In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

⁷Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch—as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.^(A)

⁷Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

¹³God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.”^[a]^(A)

¹³But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
