14 اس وقت خداوند خدا نے سانپ سے کہا ،

“تو نے یہ بہت ہی بُرا کام کیا ہے۔
    اس لئے تیرے وا سطے بڑی خرابی ہو گی۔
دیگر حیوانا ت کے مقابلے
    تیری حالت گھٹیا اور کمتر ہو گی۔
تجھے اپنے ہی پیٹ کے بل رینگتے ہو ئے
    زندگی بھر مٹی ہی کھا نی ہو گی۔
