38 And He was in the stern on the cushion, sleeping. And they wake Him and say to Him, “Teacher, do You not care[a] that we are perishing?” 39 And having awakened, He rebuked the wind, and said to the sea “Be still, be silenced[b]”. And the wind stopped. And there was a great calm. 40 And He said to them, “Why are you afraid[c]? Do you not yet have faith?”
